Sometimes the best things in life aren’t planned or even expected. That’s really the story of AR-15 Conversions, Inc. The company was founded by Drew and I in 2009. I was working with a long-time family friend and retired Major General and his business partner. The idea was to become a major distributor for .22lr conversion kits for AR-15s. I worked with them on some marketing and sales ideas, and it wasn’t long before we needed a lawyer – that’s how Drew got involved.
Before we knew it, we were involved in the manufacturing and testing process of the Target Master unit. For almost a year we worked on the development of the product. We learned more about CNC machining, metallurgy and finishing processes than we ever wanted to know! During the development cycle, Drew and I spent hours going back-and-forth from the manufacturing facility to the range. We fired tens of thousands of rounds in many different rifles and in all types of weather conditions.
There were highs and lows through the whole process, but all of those hours resulted in Drew and I becoming the most knowledgeable and experienced Target Master distributors around. We are the exclusive distributor for Target Master in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas and Oklahoma. The conversion kits and other items are sold on our website nationwide.
